“师者,所以传道受业解惑也。”在行业人才需求日益强烈的今天,房企如何快速形成自身的人才培养机制十分重要,而在这其中,优秀的企业培训讲师又是至关重要的一环。近期,为了加强企业内部讲师间的交流学习,提升培训讲师队伍的专业水平和凝聚力,进一步升级企业培训管理工作,敏捷地产举办了2017讲师俱乐部活动暨2016年度优秀讲师表彰大会,对讲师团队进行培训,并对2016年度的优秀讲师进行表彰。

It is very significant for a real estate enterprise to understand how to establish an in-house talent cultivating mechanism rapidly in respond to nowadays strong industrial talents demand, while of which, how to retain excellent lecturers is more essential. In order to enforce the communication of the in-house lecturers and to promote the level of expertise and cohesion of the lecturers, so as to further upgrade the training management of the company, Nimble Real Estate recently held the 2017 lecturers club activities and commendation ceremony for the excellent lecturers of 2016.

经过十九年的稳健发展,敏捷地产已经成为全国知名综合性房地产企业,战略版图不断扩大,人才的需求也不断增加。建立内部 培训师制度,可以有效地整合资源,挖掘人才潜能。为此,敏捷地产大力发展内部培训,扩大内部讲师队伍,实现企业人才体系的自我造血功能。目前,敏捷地产的内训讲师已经近百名,他们根据公司各部门的业务需求,科学安排培训课程,编写培训课件,组织策划丰富多彩的培训活动,同时配合业务部门开展专业培训,有效提高了公司内部的知识管理水平,提升员工们的综合素质和整体工作效率。公司根据讲师们在过去一年中的培训课时和积分情况,组织专项考核,最终评选出五名优秀年度讲师并进行表彰,感谢他们过去为公司做出的努力,鼓励他们未来以更专业的技能和更敬业的精神投入到企业内训工作中。

Nimble has become a famous comprehensive real estate developer in China after 19 years’ steady and fast development. With continuing enlarge strategic blueprint and increasing demand for talent, it has built the in-house talent cultivating mechanism to integrate resources of the company and tap the potential of talent, so as to ensure the self-development of the company as well as the talents. So far, Nimble has more than 100 in-house lecturers, who has improved effectively the in-house knowledge management level of the company and promoted the overall quality and work efficiency of employees by scheduling training courses, preparing training materials and organizing various training activities. The Company commended 5 best lecturers of 2006 based on their course hours and scores in a specific evaluation and appreciated their contribution of internal training for the company.

It is understood that there is an on-line platform called “Enterprise E- Learning Platform” in Nimble Real Estate, in which employees could learn various common courses and professional courses of real estate whenever they login on the platform. Moreover, Nimble will search and make a monthly reading list covering real estate, management, economic, financial and self-management, and offer quality learning resources for the development of the employees to accomplish the company promotion.
